Welcome to Wheel Strategy Options! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wheel Strategy Options website, including the options screener at https://wheelstrategyoptions.com/options (the "Screener") and the blog at https://wheelstrategyoptions.com/blog/ (the "Blog"), and all associated services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Wheel Strategy Options ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We may update these Terms from time to time, and we will post any changes on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

Wheel Strategy Options provides an options screener to help users identify potential options trading opportunities. We also offer a blog with educational content related to options trading, as well as tools that may integrate with third-party brokerage connection services to help you view and analyze certain information from your linked brokerage accounts. Our Services include:

• Options Screener: A tool that allows users to filter and search for options contracts based on specified criteria.
• Discover: Discover new options selling trade ideas. These are based on weekly trends. Updated daily.
• Covered Call Calculator: Calculate the potential income by selling call options on stocks you own. Enter the details and view potential monthly income.
• Blog: A platform for sharing articles, insights, and analysis related to options trading.
• Brokerage Connection & Trade Import: Optional functionality that allows you to securely connect supported brokerage accounts through a third-party connectivity service so that we can import and display certain account, holdings, options positions, and transaction data for use within tools such as the Trade Tracker. This functionality is read-only; we do not place trades or move funds on your behalf.
• Options AI Assistant: An in-product chat feature (plan-gated) that can answer questions using our tools and market or portfolio-related data available to your account. It is informational and educational only.
• MCP Data Access: Optional, plan-gated read-only access that lets you connect a compatible third-party AI client (via the Model Context Protocol) to call certain Wheel Strategy Options tools under your account limits. MCP access does not place trades or move funds.
• Email Alerts: If you opt-in, we will send you email alerts based on your selected screener filters.
• Blog Subscription: If you sign up for the options screener using Google Sign-In, you will be automatically subscribed to our blog email list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Service-Related Communications: We may send you emails related to your account, new features, and other important updates.

3. User Accounts

• Google Sign-In: To access certain features of the Screener, you may be required to sign in using your Google account. By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to access certain information from your Google account as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Email based credentials: You may also create an account using a unique username and password.
• Blog Subscription: By signing up for the options screener using Google Sign-In, you will be automatically subscribed to our blog email list. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.

4. Email Communications

By using our Services, you agree to receive the following types of emails:

• Blog Post Notifications: If subscribed, you will receive email notifications when new blog posts are published.
• Alert Emails: If you have configured alert filters, you will receive emails when options matching your criteria are found.
• Service-Related Emails: We may send you emails related to your account, new features, and other important updates to improve user retention and engagement.

You can manage your email preferences and unsubscribe from specific email types at any time by following the instructions provided in the emails.

5. Disclaimer

The information provided through our Services is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Options trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, brokerage data, or analytics shown in the Services, including data received via third-party providers. We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of your use of our Services.

When we refer to "real-time," "realtime," or "live" market data in the Services, we mean proprietary, real-time-style options analytics: synthetic option prices, implied volatility, and Greeks (including Delta, Gamma, Theta, and Vega) that are calculated from real-time market activity using fair-market-value models, typically based on bid/ask midpoint rather than raw last-trade data. This feed updates in real time. It is derived data, not delayed data, and it is not a redistribution of raw OPRA or other exchange-sourced last-sale or quotation information. For actively traded options, derived values generally track closely to calculations based on exchange-reported data and may be indistinguishable under normal market conditions. Differences are more likely for thinly traded contracts, wide bid/ask spreads, illiquid expirations or strikes, or periods of unusual volatility. You should always confirm prices and quotes with your brokerage before placing a trade.

6. Brokerage Connections

• Third-Party Provider: To provide optional brokerage connection and trade import functionality, we use an independent third-party connectivity service. When you choose to connect a brokerage account, you will be redirected to that provider's secure connection experience to authenticate directly with your brokerage. Your brokerage credentials are provided to that provider and/or your brokerage, not to Wheel Strategy Options.
• Read-Only Access: Our integration is designed to be read-only. We do not have the ability to place trades, transfer funds, or otherwise take discretionary action in your brokerage accounts. The access we receive is limited to account information, balances, positions, option holdings, and transaction/activity data that is reasonably necessary to support features such as automatic trade import and portfolio summaries.
• Data Accuracy and Availability: Any data imported from your brokerage accounts is provided by the connectivity provider and/or your brokerage. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of that data. You should always confirm important information directly with your brokerage statements and platforms.
• No Brokerage, Custody, or Advisory Relationship: Wheel Strategy Options is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or custodian, and does not hold customer funds or securities. Your brokerage accounts and all associated services, including trade execution and custody, are provided by your chosen brokerage firm and are governed by your agreements with that firm and with any third-party connectivity services you use.
• Revoking Access: You may disconnect your brokerage accounts at any time from within our Services or by following the instructions provided by the connectivity provider and/or your brokerage. Upon disconnection, we will stop requesting new data from those accounts, though we may retain previously imported data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Options AI Assistant and MCP Data Access

• Educational Use Only: Options AI Assistant and MCP Data Access are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing they return is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or options contract. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
• Read-Only; No Execution: MCP tools and Assistant tool use are designed to be read-only with respect to brokerage and trading. They do not place trades, transfer funds, change account settings, or exercise discretionary control over your brokerage accounts.
• Third-Party AI Clients and Models: If you use MCP Data Access, you connect your own third-party AI client (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok, Gemini, or another MCP-compatible client). Your prompts, conversation content, and any tool results returned to that client are processed by that provider under their terms and privacy practices. Wheel Strategy Options does not control those systems, does not operate them, and is not responsible for their availability, security, retention, training use, or output quality (including hallucinations or incorrect interpretations of our tool results).
• In-Product Assistant Models: Options AI Assistant may use third-party language-model providers to generate responses. Prompts and tool results needed to answer your request may be sent to those providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Model output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated.
• No Sale of Your Personal Data; Plan-Gated Access: We do not sell your personal information. MCP Data Access and Assistant features are provided as part of your subscription entitlements and plan limits. Access to market analytics through these features is not a wholesale redistribution of raw exchange quotation feeds; confirm pricing and fills with your brokerage.
• API Keys and Your Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding MCP API keys, rotating or revoking them if compromised, and for all activity performed with keys issued to your account. Do not share keys publicly. We may revoke keys or suspend access for abuse, security risk, or Terms violations.
• Data Accuracy and Liability: Market data, derived analytics (including IV, Greeks, GEX, and flow-related metrics), Trade Tracker figures, and AI-generated summaries may be delayed, incomplete, approximate, or stale. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on Assistant or MCP outputs, third-party AI behavior, or your use of connected clients. Always verify material facts with your brokerage and other primary sources before trading.
• Third-Party Marks: Names of third-party AI products appear for compatibility identification only and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
