Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By joining the Wheel Strategy Options Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”). These Affiliate Terms are in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Overview

The Program allows eligible subscribers to refer new users via a unique affiliate link. You earn a recurring commission (25% of the referred user’s subscription payments) for the lifetime of that subscription, subject to these terms and our 180-day attribution window.

2. Eligibility

You must have an active or trialing paid subscription to Wheel Strategy Options to join and remain in the Program. We may verify eligibility at any time and may remove affiliates who no longer meet this requirement.

3. Attribution and 180-Day Cookie

Referrals are attributed using a 180-day cookie. If a user clicks your affiliate link and signs up and/or subscribes within 180 days of that click, the referral is attributed to you. We use last-touch attribution: if a user visited our site from another source (e.g. search or social) and later uses your affiliate link before signing up or paying, the referral is still attributed to you. Commissions are only paid for referrals that convert to a paid subscription and where the affiliate touch occurred within the 180-day window.

4. Commission and Payout

You earn 25% of the amount paid by referred users on their subscription (recurring). Commission is calculated on each successful payment. Earnings are applied as credit on your next billing cycle (or, at our option, via another payout method we specify). We may set minimum payout thresholds or change payout timing with reasonable notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• You may not use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive practices to promote your link.
• You may not use paid search or other advertising that bids on our brand name or variations without our prior written approval.
• You may not use cookie stuffing, fake traffic, or any method that does not reflect genuine user interest.
• You may not create or use multiple accounts to circumvent program limits or to self-refer.

Violation of these rules may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and removal from the Program.

6. Modifications and Termination

We may modify the Program, commission rate, or these Affiliate Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate the Program or your participation at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will receive any earned but unpaid commissions that have been finalized in accordance with our payout schedule.

7. No Guarantee

We do not guarantee any minimum number of referrals or earnings. Commission eligibility depends on referred users maintaining an active subscription and on our attribution and anti-fraud checks.
